Hey there! Good morning! I couldn't go back to sleep when I woke up this morning so I thought I'd write this. Oh goodness it's early! I am getting ready to head into the dental office. My first patient is at 7:00 A.M. Up and at 'em!   I'm filling in a few days for my good friend and hygienist, Stacy this summa, so she can be present with her 3 kids. In her dental operatory she has the cutest photo frame that her kid(s) made her! It says on the frame that she is the best mom ever with a picture of her three kids. So precious.  Thanks Beaumont Family Dentistry for allowing us to do what we do and be mommas. I know not all can take time off but I love how others can work together to make things happen.  On another note- this rain has got to GO here in KY(haha) Under my deck & Trampoline it's so muddy and my dog choses to just roll in it all the time!  Okay, lets get to the point of this blog title! Exploring Life on Foot

       Hey there! Happy Tuesday! I hope this blog post finds you well today!  Last night I was able to pay some bills and finish up my taxes. Normally, I am so late getting my taxes in(before the deadline BUT LATE). This year I decided I would try and get them done early. 🙊 It feels so good to get things done early rather than scrambling to get it done last minute.  Today, I'm working at the dental office from 6:30 AM until 5:00 PM. I'm looking forward to today because we are celebrating a sweet co-workers baby shower during our lunch hour.  But anyways, Exploring Life on Foot! What do you like to do when you walk around on foot? Do you like to go on themed walking tours, walking for mindfulness, pet friendly routes, nature walks, sunrise/sunset routes or maybe for photography?  All of these are such great ways to get out and walk. What we've been up to recently

 Hey there! As I sit here and write this, my sweet kiddos just left to go to their dads for Christmas and will be there until school starts back in January. I'm looking forward to seeing them soon, but have plenty to do to keep me busy. :) Oh my, this blog post has been a long time coming... Ever since I wrote the blog post about Touching lives and technology, this stuff I'm about to say has been on my mind.  Before I get to that, I'd like to tell you what we've been up to recently though...  As you may know from my LIVE video, I am transitioning back to a stay at home mom. I really enjoy being a stay at home mom and understand it's not for everyone, but recently I've been able to be part of the kids Christmas events at school and it makes me so happy inside.
